If the client does not have the full second month's deposit but is well-qualified, we can arrange a payment plan. Offers must include all documentation: IDs for everyone over 18, complete screenings, and proof of income. Tenant insurance is also required. Clients can move in immediately, subject to the submission of all required documentation and qualifying references. No pets of any kind are allowed—no exceptions.
