We want to welcome you to our innovative and exclusive project, Villas Darren. A private urbanization of 12 independent villas with their own private pool and garden. The ground floor will consist of an openplan living area with a living/dining room, a kitchen with highquality furniture with porcelain countertops and equipped with maximum energy efficiency appliances, a guest toilet and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor you'll find two more bedrooms and one shared bathroom. These bedrooms have been designed giving all the prominence to their views of the Mediterranean Sea. From the living area and the master bedroom, you have direct access to the pool, terrace and garden area. There are several optional packages available to personalize the villas, such as a basement floor (with natural light), underfloor heating, blinds, etc.
