The design is unique, modern and rustic, with a long and wide space with numerous floor-to-ceiling windows on the sides, creating a very open interior, that is bright and airy, exuding countryside and nature. It was awarded the Mallorca Architecture Design Award 2007-2010. The house has 2 levels. The upper floor is the main living space, with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, living room, kitchen, dining room, and office area. With flexibility in mind, the architect designed the bedrooms in such a way that they can easily be subdivided to create another 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms if desired. The house is surrounded by several terraces. There is also a rooftop with beautiful views of the countryside, the forest, and the mountains in the distance. In the lower support level, there is a studio, a semi-open parking area, a work area, and a small pool. It's possible to build an outdoor pool of 30m2 and a 35m2 agricultural building according to regulation. The farm is self-sufficient, as it obtains electricity via solar panels and stores it to meet daily electricity needs. The water heater operates for solar bottles like gas ones. It has good traffic access, but no noise. The town of Campos is 8 minutes away. The beach of Es Trenc, the village of Colonia de Sant Jordi, and Sa Ràpita are 10 minutes away.
