A zona do Restelo é conhecida por ser uma zona residencial, de Embaixadas, bastante calma e segura. Por esse motivo a procura de casa por aqui sempre foi grande, embora a oferta seja reduzida. Trata-se de um bairro em que os vizinhos se conhecem, tem facilidade de estacionamento e está a muitos poucos minutos de carro de Lisboa. A zona está bem servida de todo o tipo de comércio e serviços, incluindo o Hospital São Francisco Xavier. Mas para além da agradável e privilegiada zona, o melhor é mesmo conhecer este apartamento T3 com cerca de 150 m2. Ao entrar no edifício, rapidamente nos apercebemos do quão amplo e aprazível é o hall de entrada, com 2 elevadores e acesso às escadas interiores e exteriores (fechadas). Encontramos ainda sistema de vídeo-porteiro, porteiro e vídeo-vigilância. Ao entrarmos no apartamento, temos um pequeno hall e à esquerda a cozinha, com dispensa. Esta encontra-se perfeitamente funcional. Passando o hall de entrada, encontramos um outro hall que dá acesso às salas de estar e de jantar. Uma em frente à outra. Ambas com grandes varandas. A sala de jantar facilmente acomoda 10 pessoas numa grande mesa. Mas a sala de estar, essa, permitirá criar diferentes espaços, como por exemplo zona de TV, de jogos, de leitura ou outros. É só dar asas à sua imaginação. Seguimos para a zona privada onde entramos por um corredor, com um grande roupeiro embutido, que liga os 3 quartos e o WC social. Todos os quartos também têm roupeiros embutidos e varanda. A suite, possui WC com banheira e lavatório duplo. Por fim descemos à garagem, onde terá o seu lugar de estacionamento, onde encontramos um zona peculiar, a lavagem de carros, para uso privado dos condóminos. E também tem uma arrecadação da fração.
