First time I see it. I've always wanted a house in Andorra. The problem is that prices don't drop below €1,000,000, even if they are far from the center. Os de Civis is technically not Andorra, although it's only 10 minutes from Sant Julia. Since access from Spain is impossible, it's a very quiet village, although it has a couple of restaurants that many Andorrans frequently visit. It's the perfect place for mountain running, biking, enduro, buggy, or whatever you feel like doing. So, with everything that's published out there, it deserves a bit of attention.
