Lisbon/Ajuda. Rustic land with possibility of passing to urban. Excellent location, between the Ajuda University Pole (expanding), the Liga Foundation, the Humanitarian Association of Ajuda Firefighters and the Monsanto Forest Park. Further away, but close enough, is the Ajuda National Palace. The site has a configuration of about 22 m deep and 55 m usable width.
