Lucas Fox is pleased to present this magnificent modernist property called La Casa de Chocolate. It is a building in the municipality of Sant Cugat del Vallés, in the Vallès Occidental, included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. It is a summer tower, in an eclectic modernist style, commissioned in 1928 from the architect Doménec Sugrañes Gras, one of Gaudí's main collaborators. This spectacular modernist house/tower has an area of 347 m² on a plot of 1,417 m². It is distributed in three plants.
