Land located in Pinheiro de Loures, Municipality of Loures, next to Quinta Santa Maria do Covao (about 15-minute driving distance from Lisbon). It has a triangular shape and an area of 12,816 sqm, the potential construction gross area approved in the subdivision project was considered, defining the land as plot 118 with an area of 3,150 sqm above the ground, allocated to tourist use.
