~ It is one of the buildings with the most history in Reus. It housed the old office of the Provincial Savings Bank of Tarragona and the premises of the Lonja inaugurated in 1972.~ The total constructed area is 2,438.97 m2. It consists of a basement of 90 m2 useful. The ground floor of 414 useful m2 in its last use was used as a bank office, as well as the mezzanine floor with 357 useful m2. On the first floor we find part of the restaurant and an office with a total floor area of 292 m2 useful. The second floor was divided into two houses that in total occupied a total of 368 useful m2 and the third floor was also divided into 2 houses that totaled 322 m2. The covered floor, which apart from the roof had a storage room, occupies a total of 214 m2. ~ Located in the historic Plaza de Prim, which is still the center of a commercial, cultural and very dynamic city. Reus, the capital of Baix Camp, with more than 100,000 inhabitants, has a rich and varied cultural offer: the Circ Trapezi Festival, Cos de mims i teatre gestual, the European Short Film Festival, summer festivals...
