Villa designed by César Manrique in the Oasis de Nazaret area on a 1300 m2 plot with just over 300 m2 of constructed area. It has two living rooms (one of them with a fireplace), three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet, three very large terraces, a storage room and a garage for two vehicles. The garden is populated with innumerable fruit trees and ornamental plants. The house is surrounded by walls made of natural volcanic stone from the island.
