Palmela/Water Eyes. It is a mixed land with constructive capacity with PIP elaborated and presented to the Municipality of Palmela in February 2020, the same is under analysis. In the study, 82 plots are delimited for single-family homes, with areas ranging from a minimum of 360 m2 to a maximum of 888 m2. Its location is located on National Road 379, with good access and is an integrated area of services, commerce and transport.
